These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Travel KoCash Converter mobile app ("the App"), developed and provided by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, which supplements these Terms.
The "Remove Ads" subscription is an auto-renewing annual purchase billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App at time of purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies — we do not process refunds directly.
Exchange rates, weather data, and travel news shown in the App are provided for general reference only, sourced from third-party public APIs, and may be delayed, approximate, or occasionally unavailable. Do not rely on the App as your sole source for financial, travel, or currency-exchange decisions. Trip and expense data you enter is for your personal record-keeping only.
Data you create in the App (currencies, trips, transactions) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up or exporting this data (via the App's built-in backup/export feature) before deleting the App or your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is collected.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including financial decisions made based on exchange rate data shown in the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
